Children learn in Tilin Talan the skills they will need in life, much more than reading, writing and mathematics. Playing they develop motor skills and learn how to share with their friends. The best age for a child to learn a language is from 0 to 6. They learn languages naturally because they do it playing. In Tilin Talan they get fully immersed in three languages, giving priority first of all to Basque, then to Spanish and finally to English in the 2-3 classroom.

Learning several languages from the very beginning of life is the only existing proved method to catch the words as if they were native speaker. Together with this, they are obtaining the full development of the brain area dedicated to hearing, enhancing all that area and, consequently, making easier the process of learning other languages in the future.
* RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE FAMILY AND THE SCHOOL
Tilin Talan kindergartens' educational task is deemed to be complementary, but never in place of the families' duty as the first and main responsible of their children's tuition. The kindergarten is a continuity of the family. That's why Tilin Talan Schools encourage the parents to maintain a close cooperation through the personal relationship with their children's tutors.

The importance of the number of professionals present in each classroom is vital in order to get a proper assistance service and, of course, a good educational program. As regards quantity and qualification, the schools have suitable staff. The team of professionals consists of qualified schoolteachers and female technical experts on pre-primary school. Apart from the classrooms, there is another type of staff involved in the school, that is, assistants and management. Tilin Talan provides the teaching staff with continuous preparation and retraining.
